Practice was taking place today so I took a couple moments to update you guys on what the Slopestyle course is like this year. Without further ado I present the 2009 Crankworx Slopestyle course.

It was launched some time ago, last year actually, but the Trail Guide has had a little upgrade. It’s now part of the main site, rather than the separate entity it has been all along. That means you can now add comments. So why not impart your knowledge?

Sometimes when a professional cyclist leaves the sport for awhile the time spent out of competition can re-charge both his competitive spirit and his ego. Kokanee Crankworx, Monster Energy and Pinkbike.com have teamed up to launch the Monster Energy Fantasy Slopestyle Contest.

Entrants can view the contest page at www.pinkbike.com/live/monsterfantasy/ to select a team of six riders competing in the Monster Energy Slopestyle on August 15th. You can check out preview videos from each of the 24 riders competing to help contestants assemble their winning squad before the August 15th deadline.

A student has designed a bike which can be folded completely into the space of the wheel’s 26in circumference.
