Last fall I introduced you to my ride to work bike, a 4 year old Chromag Gypsy. While this bike would love to be in the woods on a daily basis, I need to get to and from work and driving doesn’t make sense all the time. Over the summer, I rode a few other bikes, while giving the Gypsy a heck of a make over. Inside you’ll find a 16 speed bike and no derailleurs, ah yes a fully internal set up is what I wanted to put together and I have succeeded.

iTunes changed the way we all listen to, watch, or purchase movies and music. It has made life just that much easier. When NWD 10 was originally launched it was offered in the iTunes store, but only to United States viewers so now all the Canadian people are covered too.

Touring trip through Northern Thailand and Laos.

The three of us left Chiang Rai heading for the Laos border with our bikes on top of a loaded bus heading for the border. Buses in Laos are not like buses back home, they do not have scheduled drop off or pick up points. Locals will stand on the side of the road and wave down the bus, pay the fare to the next town and get off. People will randomly get on and off the bus the entire route.
